Thank you for shopping with us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days. Please note the following:

  1. Condition: The item must be in resale condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

  2. Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  3. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Please note that custom orders, mystery items, and sale items are non-refundable.

we aim to ship orders within 48 hours of purchase unless its a custom order (a time frame will be given to customer upon purchase)

We use Royalmail 48 hours tracked for all U.K orders. International we use tracked royal mail.
